I have studied in Zug, Zurich and Milan and for the last 30 years I have been working as a designer and communication consultant based in the South of Switzerland.

I started as a free-lance illustrator in Milan (Italy), where I’ve worked for many major publishing houses designing book covers and magazine illustrations.

Following this, I’ve founded two design and advertising agencies. First Prisma and then Apax creativi.

As a graphic designer I’ve created many Corporate Identity Programs, logos, advertising campaigns, packaging, etc. for Swiss and Italian clients.

As a Product Designer, I’ve created various design products, such as home coffee-capsules holders, which you can find in major shops in Switzerland..

A recent activity is the production of TV ads and videos using 3D graphic and animation.

I hold regular courses on how to create “Successfull PowerPoint presentations”. My clients are companies, schools and professional associations. In 2012 I’ve published the manual  “Ethos, Logos & Pathos”, based on my course.

I’ve published two other books (Logomitia, 1996; Rane, Umori e Locomotive, 2010) and have various other writing projects under way.

For 7 years I’ve been Vice-president and President of the Swiss Graphic Designer Assciation.
